等离子喷焊钢结硬质合金的研究

STUDY ON PLASMA SPRAY WELDING STEEL-BONDED CARBIDE

  • 摘要: 研究了等离子喷焊钢结硬质合金的技术和工艺条件、焊层的组织结构和耐磨性,并在加工工具上进行了实际考察,结果表明:等离子喷焊钢结硬质合金的表面与原工具钢相比,具有高的减摩和抗磨性能,可提高使用寿命。
    Abstract: Technology and Processing conditions of plasma spray welding by using steel-bonded carbide and the structure and wear resistance of welding layer have been studied. Furthermore, the practical investigation on machining tools were conducted. The results have shown that the surface of plasma spray welding by using steel-bonded carbide exhibits high anti-friction and wear-resistance properties and the service life has greatly improved.
