EFFECTS OF BALL MILLING CONDITIONS ON PARTICLE SIZES OF MECANICALLY ALLOYED POWDER

  • 摘要: 试验测定了机械合金化过程中能量消耗及粉末粒度、形态与工艺条件的关系。结果表明,在球磨初期,球磨转速越高,粉末粒径越大。在球磨后期,粉末粒度随输入比能量的增加而减小。
    Abstract: Relations between energy consumption and particle sizes and morphology of powder and technological conditions have been determined by testing. The results have shown that at the initial stage of ball milling process, the quicker the rotation of milling balls, the bigger the particle size will be. At the final stage of ball milling, the particle size decreases with the increasing of specific energy input.
