Al2O3-TiC金属陶瓷材料结合机理的研究

A STUDY ON BINDING MECHANISM OF Al2O3-TiC CERMET MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 本文采用JCXA-733型电子探针、二次电子图象(SEI)、背散射电子图象(BEI)、特征X射线及3014型X射线衍射仪,对Al2O3-TiC金属陶瓷材料中的Cr和W在Al2O3和TiC中的固溶强化作了分析。还研究了Al2O3和TiC两个连续网络骨架相互穿插强化的机理。本工作对研究试制新型优质金属陶瓷刀具材料有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper has analysized the solid solution strengthening of Cr and W in Al2O3 and TiC for Al2O3-TiC cermet by secondary electron image(SEI), backscattered electron image (BEI) and generating X-rays with JCXA-733 type electron probe, X-ray micro-analyser and 3014 type X-ray diffraction unit. The streng thening mechanism of Al2O3 and TiC,two continuous mesh skeletons which penetrate into each other was also studild. The present work has practical significance for the trial-preduction of high quality cermet used for cutting tool materials.
