弱放热反应TiSi2燃烧合成的研究
Combustion Synthesis of TiSi2 in Weakly Exothermic Reaction

摘要: 采用燃烧合成法合成了绝热温度为1800K的TiSi2。分析了毛坯直径和初始孔隙率、Ti颗粒及预热温度对燃烧合成的影响,证实满足Φ=92mm,ρ=52%的-300目钛粉形成的毛坯在常温才能发生自蔓延反应。利用燃烧波前沿熄淬法(CFQ)研究了TiSi2形成机制。当T ≤ l330℃时TiSi2通过扩散反应机制进行;当T>1330℃时,TiSi2反应机制则是溶解-沉淀析出。分别利用XRD和SEM分析了产物及其过渡区相变的微观组织变化。Abstract: Single phase titanium disilicide was synthesized with elemental reactants at 1000K in argon by combustion synthesis.The effect of size and porosity of reactants,the particle size of Ti and the preheating temperature on combustion synthesis was analyzed.In result,the compacts(Φ=92mm,ρ=52%) of -300 mesh Ti powder with reactants can be ignited at the room temperature.The reaction mechanism has been studied.
