高速粉碎机的改进设计及使用试验
IMPROVED DESIGN AND OPERATING TEST OF HIGH-SPEED DISINTEGRATING MACHINE

摘要: 经改进的高速粉碎机的工作原理是:由高速运转(3000r/min)的转子给加入料加速,经粗碎后(小于φ6mm)的海绵铁粉颗粒受到加速后,通过与机壳带齿衬板撞击和海绵铁粉颗粒的互相撞击,来达到使海绵铁颗粒粉碎的目的。克服了原高速粉碎机粉碎铁粉质量较差、设备运转部分容易损坏的缺点,并使车间环境和劳动条件大大改善。Abstract: The operation principles of improved disintegrating machine are as follows:Additives are accelerated by high-speed(3000r/min) arotors.After being accelerated,the roughly crushed sponge iron powder(smaller than φ6mm) impinges against a lining plate with gear fixed on the inner surface of the machine body and mutually impinges between particles with the aim of disintegration.This machine has overcome the shortcomings of inferior quality of iron powder and ready wear of running parts in conventional high-speed machines and remarkably improved workshop environments and labour conditions.
