Al/Al2O3陶瓷基复合材料的低温烧结

摘要: 介绍了在合理选择助烧剂的前提下,低温烧结制造低成本Al/Al2O3陶瓷基复合材料的方法。结果表明,助烧剂及反应产物在800℃以上,处于流体状态,产生粘滞流动,促进固体颗粒的相对移动,形成紧密堆积,从而引起体积收缩及致密化。1000℃以下,由于流体的流动性随温度升高而增大,烧结过程得以充分进行,材料的性能值也明显升高;而在1000℃以上,这种现象并不明显。可见,选择1000℃作为Al/Al2O3陶瓷基复合材料的烧结温度是合适的。Abstract: With the prerequisite for reasonable selection of sintering aids,a method of manufacturing Al/Al2O3 ceramic matrix composite sintered at low temperature has been introduced. The results show that the sintering aids and reactive products are in fluid state at a temperature over 800℃,producing viscous flow,which promotes the relative movement of solid particles and forms compact heap so as to result in volume shrinkage and densification. Below 1000℃,the fluidity of the fluid increases with the rise of temperature,thus the sintering process can thoroughly conduct and enable to obviously improve the properties of materials. But such phonomena will not be obvious at a temperature over 1000℃. Therefore it is suitable to select 1000℃ as the sintering temperature of Al/Al2O3 ceramic matrix composite.
