相分解控制的80K铋基高温超导粉末轧制带的制备

FABRICATION OF Bi-BASED HIGH-Tc SUPERCONDUCTING TAPE WITH ALIGNED 80K PHASE THROUGH PHASE DECOMPOSITION

  • 摘要: 研究了110K铋基高温超导轧制带相分解的规律。通过控制加热温度、升温速度,发展了一种由110K相分解得到80K取向组织的方法。该方法克服了不易制备80K取向轧制带的困难。

     

    Abstract: Phase decomposition of 110K phase of Bi-based high-Tc superconducting tape is investigated. A technique for making aligned 80K phase tape is developed through the 110K phase decomposition controlled by heat treatment temperature and heating rate. This technique gives a solution to solve problem of impossibility to fabricate the aligned 80K phase tape using starting 80K phase powders by conventional rolling method.
