WC基钢结硬质合金的断裂韧性及其强韧化

FRACTURE TOUGHNESS AND HIGH DUCTILITY OF STEEL-BONDED CARBIDE

  • 摘要: 本文利用三点弯曲方法测试了钢结硬质合金的断裂韧性(KIc),并通过扫描电镜观察了合金的断口形貌。作者认为,用断裂韧性(KIc)代替一次冲击韧性衡量钢结硬质合金的韧性更为合适。
    脆性断裂是钢结硬质合金冷变形模具的主要失效形式。本文讨论了近似工况条件下的磨损试验。得出,合金的耐磨性与其硬度和断裂韧性呈函数关系,选用最佳的热处理工艺,可使模具寿命有较大程度的提高。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the fracture toughness (KIc) of steel-bonded carbide has been determined by a method of three points crook while the state of fracture section has been observed with SEM. Author considers that it is more suitable to substitute once-impact toughness by fracture toughness (KIc) for evaluating the toughness of steel-bonded carbide.
    When the die of steel-bonded carbide is used in cold working, brittle fracture is the main form of losing its efficiency. The paper has discussed the wear tests under the condition similar to cold working. The following result has been discovered that the wear resistance of alloy is a function of hardness and fracture toughness. Using an optimal heat treatment process will enable to improve on the performance duration of die.
