410马氏体烧结不锈钢材料

410 SINTERD MARTENSITIC STAINLESS STEEL MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 研究了合金元素、粉末退火、压制、烧结等工艺参数对410马氏体烧结不锈钢材料性能的影响。性能对比和实际应用表明,我们所研制的马氏体烧结不锈钢材料(FJ410)与国外同类材料水平相当。

     

    Abstract: Effects of alloy elements and techmical parameters of annealing,pressing, sintering etc. on propertites of FJ41O martensinte sintering stainless steel were studied,The stainless steel structural parts were made by sintering at temperatures between 1200-1300℃ in hydrogen and then cooling in water-jacket. It was observed by metallographic examination that martensintic amount of FJ410 sintering material increases with increase of carbon content. But excessive carbon content will decrease corrosion-resistance and sintering propertites of this material. Thus, I^s very important to correctly select carbon content. In this paper, carbon content between 0.1-0.2% is considered suitable.
