用攀钢氧化铁鳞制取还原铁粉及铁粉性能的试验研究

A STUDY ON REDUCED IRON POWDER MADE BY USING OXIDIZED IRON SCALE FROM PANZHIHUA STEEL AND IRON Co. AND ITS PROPERTIES

摘要: 叙述了用攀枝花钢铁公司的轧钢铁鳞制取还原铁粉的研究结果。还原铁粉中含有微量钒、钛等有益合金元素,含铁量达98.93%,并具有良好的物理工艺性能,压坯密度为7.17g/cm³(压制压力784Mpa)。本研究对攀钢资源的综合利用,发展优质铁粉具有重要意义。

Abstract: Investigated results of reduced iron powder made by using rolling scale from Panzhihua steel and iron Co.have been briefly discribed.The reduced iron powder contains trace of useful alloy elements vanadium,Titanium etc.and 98.93% of iron.It possesses good physical and processing properties With a green density of 7.17g/cm³(under 784MPa pressure).This research is of great significance for the comprehensive utilization of resources from panzhihua Co.and the development of superior quality iron powder.
