摘要: 摆线型机油泵转子的定值是控制和考核其质量的一个重要指标。本文根据转子齿形的形成原理及有关知识,推导出转子的定值计算原理,并给出较为简便的定值计算方法。该方法已在本厂转子产品生产实践中得到广泛应用,并取得良好效果。

Abstract: The fixed value of swing type of oil pump rotor is an important target for controlling and inspecting rotors quality. By using the principle of the formation of rotor thread contour and the relevant knowledge,the present article deduced a principle for calculating the fixed value of rotor and gave a more simplified method. The method has been widely used in the practice of producing rotor products in the plant, and has achieved good results.
