TiNi合金粉末烧结与燃烧合成工艺

TiNi ALLOYS BY POWDER SINTER AND COMBUSTION SYNTHESIS

  • 摘要: 评述了目前用于制造TiNi合金的粉末冶金方法,包括粉末烧结和燃烧合成。近净成形粉末烧结可以保证成分均匀,晶粒细小。但是生产周期长,材料的纯度低。燃烧合成技术(SHS)是一种特殊的粉末冶金技术,兼有烧结与熔炼方法的优点,有望成为TiNi合金生产的主要手段。

     

    Abstract: Powder metallurgical methods for producing titanium-nickel alloy, including sintering and combustion synthesis were reviewed, The near net shape powder sintering process can get microstructure of homogeneous and fine grains, but with poor purity and long production cycle. Combustion synhesis as a special powder metallurgical method, having the merits of both sintering and casting, may become the main producing method, in the near future.
