Abstract: Upper ball head which is auto part has complicated geometrical shape and high requirementsfor dimentional accuracy and dynamic properties. The paper has made discussion and practice on forming mechanics and automatic pressing die designed for P/M upper ball head. Satisfactory results andmeeting users application requirements have obtained.
