烧结铁-青铜连杆衬套材料的研究及应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF SINTERED IRON-BRONID CONNECTINO ROD BUSHING MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 研究了烧结铁-青铜材料的物理和力学性能。对比了铁-青铜材料与ZQSn6-6-3青铜材料的耐磨性及台架试验结果,表明烧结铁-青铜材料的力学性能和耐磨性优于ZQSn6-6-3青铜材料。讨论了烧结铁-青铜柴油机连杆衬套的表面加工及与活塞销的配合问题。

     

    Abstract: The physical and mechanical properties of sintered iron-bronze materials have been studied and the comparison of wear resistance and stand experiments has been made between ironbronze materha and ZQSn 6-6-3 bronze materials. The results show that the mechanical property and wear resistance are superior than those of ZQSn 6-6-3 bronze materials. The paper has discussed the surface machining of sintered iron-bronze connecting rod bushing in diesel engine and the problem of fitting with piston pin.
