铸造碳化钨硬质合金粉末预成形块火焰喷焊工艺及耐磨性的研究

摘要: 铸造碳化钨硬质合金复合喷焊材料,由铸造碳化钨颗粒和起粘结作用的基体金属组成,其所形成的喷焊层由于铸造碳化钨的熔化烧损和溶解扩散,影响其喷焊层的质量。为解决上述问题,采用了预成形块火焰喷焊方法并取得良好的效果。同时,对喷焊层的耐磨性进行了研究。Abstract: Cast tungsten carbide composite flame spray welding material is composed of cast tugsten carbide particles and substrate medal as binder. The spray welding layer thus formed influences the quality of spray welding layer due to the flame ablation of cast tungsten particles and dissolving diffusion. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, the flame spray welding method by using preformed compact has been adopted as described in this paper and thus good results have been obtained.Meanwhile, study on the wear resistance of spray welding layer has been made.
