INFLUENCE OF ALTERNATING MAGNETIC-FIELD ON LIQUID PHASE SINTERING

  • 摘要: 研究了Fe-Cu、WC-Cu和W-Ni-Cu合金在交变磁场作用下的液相烧结过程。结果表明,交变磁场对Fe-22Cu、Fe-35Cu和WC-40Cu合全液相烧结初始阶段的致密化动力学和Fe-Cu、WC-Cu和W-Ni-Cu合金液相烧结时显微组织演化有不同程度的影响。运用电磁相互作用原理和液相烧结理论对这种现象进行了分析和讨论。
    Abstract: The present paper has studied liquid sintering processes of Fe-Gu, WC-Cu and W-Ni-Cu alloys under the effects of alternating magnetic-fields. The results shout that the alternating magnetic-field exerts influence in different degrees on the densification dynamics of liquid phase sintering of Fe-22Cu, Fe-35Cu and WC-40Cu alloys in initial stage and on the evolution of microstructures during liquid phase sintering of Fe-Cu, WC-Cu and W-Ni-Cu alloys. These phonomena are analysed and discussed by taking advantages of principles of mutual effects between electricity and magnetism and the theory of liquid phase sintering.
