Application of asymmetric structure metal filter on gasoline adsorption desulphurization device

  • The structural characteristics of asymmetric metal filter materials were introduced, and the application of domestic asymmetrical metal filter element in reactor filter of Sinopec gasoline adsorption desulfurization (S Zorb) equipment was analyzed in this paper. The results show that, compared with the homogeneous metal filter materials, the asymmetric metal filter materials present the excellent flow characteristics. On the basis of satisfying the filtration accuracy, the circulation performance of the domestic asymmetric structural metal filter is better and the pressure difference is lower, showing the better adaptability and superiority than the traditional homogeneous filter element, which can meet the longer period operation requirements of S Zorb equipment and play a very positive role in the operation reliability of S Zorb equipment.
