STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT OF WEAR RESISTANCE OF TRIANGLE DIAMOND POLYCRYSTALLINE SINTERED COMPACT

  • Artificial diamond polycrystalline-sintered compact was sintered by using P/M process. Process of enchancing wear resistance of polycrystalline sintered compact has been studied. Through the determination of technological composition, the selection of synthesis condition, the modification of vacuum purifying treatment process,the use of high quality artificial diamond and other measures,the wear resistance of polycrystalline-sintered compact has been improved.
