THERMOCOUPLE CAPSULE MATERIAL WITH CORROSION RESISTANCE FOR ZINC MELT

The present paper has discussed the P/M Mo-30W alloyed thermocouple capsule with good corrosion resistance for zinc melt.A corrosion rate of 0.181mm Per Year has been achieved in corrosion test at 500℃ in zinc melt. This materia is proved to be of supericr corrosion resistance for zine melt by the fact that no obvious corrosion has been found for useing it in industrial production for more than two years.
