  • W-based heavy alloys of three different compositions were prepared by metal injection moulding technology (MIM). Debinding and sintering processes have been studied. The effects of sintering temperature on mechnaical properties, fracture surfaces and microstructure had been analysised. Sintering shrinkage, mechanical properties and the optimized sintering temperatures are also presented.
