  • Vacuum sintering technology of cemented carbide has a lot of advantages over conventional method of sintering in hydrogen,but it is necessary to take a certain technological measure to prevent from binding boats,so that a normal production can be ensured. According to experimental results and practical experiences in production for serveral years anthors of this paper have recommended conventional methods,i,e. ceramic spacer,engraved lines on the surface of boats and spraying coating on the surface of boats. The comparison of both advantages and shortcomings between them from the considerations of technology,economy, efficiency and application range was made Finally, authors have given evaluation that spraying coating on boat surface is a process with more convenience, lower cost, higher efficiency and superior flexibility.
