RESEARCH PROGRESS OF DYNAMIC MECHANISM OF PARTICULATE CAPTURING IN SPRAY CO-DEPOSITION PROCESS

  • Particulate reinforced metal matrix composites by spray co-deposition process are of fine microstructure and high mechanical properties, which are attracting more interest. Dynamic interaction mechanism between the partculate and the matrix is the basic problem of the process, which influences the bonding between particulate and matrix and determines final properties of the materials. The research progress in this field was discussed in this paper.
