Study on Wear Resistance of WC Enhanced Ni-based Speay Melt Layer

Effect of type and content of WC on the wear resistance of Ni base spray melt layers were studied.The results show that enhancing role of WC on the spray melt layers is quite obvious.The wear resistance of the layer containning 50% cast-WC is 9,14 times of Ni60 and rich-Cr alloy cast layer respectively.Its Reasons were discussed.
