DIE DESIGN OF P/M PLAIN-BEVEL GEAR

According to the requirements for the involute gear and powder metallurgy theory, the present article gives a principle and method for designing die cave and structure. The practice shows that the die designed is reasonable in structure and easy making. The P/M parts produced by the die have reliable quality and high productivity. The production costs are reduced 70% than machine-made method.
