  • The pressurization and aspiration phenomena in the process of gas atomization have been experimentally studied. The influence of the atomizer structure, atomizing pressure, the position of metal delivery tube and other factors on pressure characteristics at the tip of the metal delivery tube has been emphatically investigated. The mechanism of pressurization and aspiration phenomena has been also studied.
