Abstract
Developing methods and processes for porous calcium-phoaphorous base(HAP and HAP·TCP)bio-ceramics have been outlined. Phase structural analysis by X-ray diffraction has shown that the porous material manufactured have the phase structure being similar to that of human bone in comparison with manual shoulder blade. The results of morphological analysis by using scanning microscope have shown that the pore diameters of HAP and HAP·TCP porous bioceramics shaped and pore-formed by impregnating and moulding processes are at a range of 100-500μm. In addition, the pore channels are advantageous to the growth of bio-structure into the Pores with specificed size requirements. These materials have used for hospital cure after fundamental biology examination and animal test.
