  • Determination of WC, W2C and W contents by using X-ray quantitative analysis method has been described. On the basis of evaluating various methods, it has outlined that the K value of W was found out from ASTM cards, the K value of WC was obtained by sampling method and the K value of W2C was calculated in practice. The present paper has discussed the overlap of each peak and revision method and given out calculating frame chart and results practically determined.
