  • The production line for gas-atomized powder in the program of "Technical Reconstruction of Atomized Powder Manufacturing Equipment" specified by Beijing Non-ferrous Metal Powder Plant has been described. The technological features of the production line have becn especially discussed in combination with the analysis of atomizing equipment and powder transporting system, ie. vacuum absorbing and giving apparatus. The technical levels of new production line has been further evaluated by comparing property parameters of gas-atomized 6-6-3 bronze powder between new and old production lines. Besides, some problems in new production line have been analysed from objective view point.
