METALLOGRAPHIC ANALYSES FOR P/M SINTERED INNER OXIDIZED SILVER-CADMIUM OXIDE CONTACTS

The paper has given out the preparation metullographic specimen made by P/M sintered inner oxidized silver-cadmium oxide contact materials, the observation of its microstructure andanalysing method and furthermore discussed the process of inner oxidation during the sintering of silvercadmium alloyed powder compact. The results have shown that the metallographic analysing method isan effective means for controlling inner oxidation process of sintering and quality of products.
