APPLICATION OF PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER IN MULTI-LAYER SPRAY DEPOSITION TECHNOLOGY

By the application of programmable controller in the preparation technology of multi-layer spray deposition,automatic control over scanning movement of the spray system and withdrawal movement of the preform can be executed to regulate the outline and size of deposited blanks more precisely. A series of Al-based alloy tube ingots of the size Φ650/Φ360×1200mm and cylindrical ingots of Φ300~500mm were prepared.
