DESIGN OF DIE FOR FORMING P/M PART WITH MULTI-PARALLEL HOLES

This paper discribes the difficults for forming the P/M part with multi-parallel holes and for ejecting.By using a special design of the core rod, the ejector and other tool parts, not only direct forming,but also changing two time ejections to one can be realized with greatly increasing productivity.
