DOUBLE-DIRECTION PRESSING WITH FRICTIONAL ROD AND ITS APPLICATIONS

There are difference of density and hardness in iron base bushings with thin walls by single- and double-pressing process along their longitudinal direction.The present paper has explained that the double-direction pressing with frictional core rod is one of effective ways for improving the distribution of both density and hardness. The applications of this process have also been given by practical examples.
