A STUDY ON DX-1 TYPE P/M POROUS DISPLAY PLATES

Pore structure and characteristic of porous display plate materials are the main factors affecting the image, and in turn depend on the properties of powder and its manufacture technologies. In this study a kind of display plates with appropriate pore structure and characteristic were made by selecting powder quality, morphology of powder particle, particle size distribution and manufacture technology of powder, The image display efficiency of plates is over 95%.
