  • In this article, by using orthogonal testing method and taking the influences of variants of each constituent content on both friction and wear properties and economics as main factors of consideration, the material mixtures used for iron base P/M brake were selected.The composition(%)after optimizing and selecting is Fe, 3Cu, 1C(graphite, fine grain), 2MoS2,3PbO, 1Al2O3, S(no addition or trace).
