Study of Microgragh of AIN Synthesized by SHS Method in High Pressure Nitrogen gas
Alluminum nitride(AlN) has been prepared by self-propagating high temperature(combustion)systhesis(SHS).The morphologies of combustion products including agglomerative,nonagglomerative,coralline products are studied briefly.The production mechanism of AlN whisker and AlN stick crystal has also been discussed.
