DIAMOND DRESSERS FOR DRESSING GRINDING WHEELS OF STEEL BALL GRINDER

The synthetic diamond dressers manufactured by P/M route have been successfully applied to dress grinding wheels of steel ball grinder in bearing field. They can be substituted for conventional string alloyed cutters and meet domestic requirements, no longer to be imported from abroad. The fundamentals of producing diamond dressers and the principles of selecing raw materials are illustrated in a title. Some examples are given to show the economic results obtained.
