MICROSTRUCTURAL STUDIES OF ULTRAFINE PARTICLES——APPLICATION OF HIGH-RESOLUTION ELECTRON MICROSCOPE

The present status and difficulty on application of high-resolution electron microscope during microstructural studies of ultrafine-particles have been introduced. The microstructure and high-resolution lattice images of a ultrafine iron powder particles were shown.It is indicated that important information on microstructure of ultrafine particles will be given by using high-resolution eletron microscope.
