OBSERVATION METHOD OF POWDER SPECIMEN BY USING SEM

The paper has outlined the dispersion technology, sticking method and sputtering process for powder specimen studied by using SEM. Different simple and reliable methods have been proposed for preparing powder specimen with different particle sizes. The selection for acceleration of voltage and beam current has been studied in case of observation of powder specimen by SEM. Some practical testing techniques and desirable observation results have been obtained through investigation and experiment.
