NITROGEN BASE SINTERING ATMOSPHERE

Several typical nitrogen base sintering atmospheres have been outlined. It has deseribed that nitrogen atmosphere at present is the mostly used endothermie atmosphere in the world and used as an ideal substitute for dissociated ammonium in consideration of fhe application range of sintering atmosphere, the source of raw materials, the costs of production, and especially the sintering quality of given parts. Meanwhile, several key problems for using nitrogen base atmosphere, to which attention should be paid, have been pointed out.
