The Effects of Nitrogen Pressure and the Amount of Diluent on Y-α/β-Sialon by SHS
Polyphase Y-α/β-Sialon powders were prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis method,with Si,Al,Y2O3 and Si3N4 as raw materials under high nitrogen pressure.The effects of nitrogen pressure and the amount of diluent on α',β'phase compositions and the amount of free Si was studied in detail.
