PREPARATION OF W-Ni-Fe NANOCRYSTALLINE PREALLOYED POWDER

W-Ni-Fe tungsten based prealloyed powders were prepared by high energy ball milling. The influence of balling medium(ball) including cemented carbide hall(CCB), stainless steel ball(SSB) and tungsten alloy ball(TAB), the ratio Of ball to powder, powder composition and protective atmosphere on powder characteristics were studied. The structure,grain size, lattice deformation and morphology, component of particle after milled were analysized by means of XRD and SEM.
