  • The present paper has introduced in detail the pilot production and research and development of cemented carbide printing needle with high ductility used for electronic printer. The paper has put an emphasis on the effects of wet milling duration on the distribution of WC grains; the sorts of forming agents, their optimum quantities needed, adding method and de-agent rule and the effects of extrusion and sintering of needle blank on the final properties of products.
