REFITTING 100T PUNCHING MACHINE INTO FULLY AUTOMATIC P/M PRESS WITH THREE PUNCHES

This paper deals with the structural form, features and technical data of fully automatic P/M Press with three punches into which 100t punching machine was refitted. The design concepts of three-punch compacting and the form and mechanism of its key parts (the arrangement form of multi-punches, the feeding of materials, the control of powder weight, the vernier system of thickness dimension of compacts, etc.) are discussed.
