Effects of doping silver powders on the properties of Bi-2223 superconducting tapes were studied.It was found that the Ag/(2223) interface area with a high degree of texturing can be enhanced and thus its Jc can be improved by addition of silver powders.Besides,the bending strain characteristic of Ag-doped tapes was improved than that of undoped ones.The crack initiation and propagation induced by bending in Ag-doped tapes were delayed.
