Abstract
The paper has studied the technological characteristics, deformation, fracture, strengthand corrosion resistence of heavy alloy with high activity composite powder of W,Ni and Cu asraw material and with 93% (wt) of tungsten content. After the alloy is sintered at a low temperature of 1240℃,its high tensile strenght as high as 950MPa can be obtained with an average grainsize of tungsten below 5μm which produce obvious grain sire effect, aiding in the improvement ofstrenth, density and homogeneity of alloy and also betterment of the corrosion resistence of alloy.
