Abstract
The paper has analysed the solidification and momemtum transportation behaviour during the process of spray co-deposition technology and indicated that the nucleation mode of pore was favourable to the refining of crystal.During the whole process of analysing momemtum transportation,the fine drops of metal and the calculation formula for calculating the speed before and after the collision between strengthened phase particles has been put forward,and on this basis,a formula for calculating the spreading thickness of fine drop liquid film has been also derived.Results show that the technological parameters of atomization and the interfacial energy exert an influence on the thickness of liquid film and attach an important to instructive significance on the manufacture of ideal deposition materials.
