INVESTIGATION OF EQ-140 VALVE PLATE FOR GAS PUMP

Valve plate is an important part for gas pump in car. It directly concerns with the safety running of a car. This paper has described the shape, accuracy,die structure, sealing requirement and developing process of P/M valve plate. It has been proved that P/M valve plate has the advantages of high efficiency, high accuracy, superior quality, saving energy, low consumption, etc. which are better than those of valve plate castings.
