THE EFFECT OF HOT PRESSING PARAMETERS ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF NANO SiC-Al2O3/TiC
The effects of hot pressing parameters such as pressure, temperature and soaking time on the flexural stength (σbb ). fracture toughness (K1c ) and hardness (HV) of nano SiC-Al2O3/TiC advanced ceramics tool were investigated.The results show that 1700℃, 30MPa and 60min are optimal parameters.
