PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF NICKEL-COATED ALUMINIUM POWDER

The present paper has discussed the Ni-coated Al powder produced by high pressure hydrogen reduction process from the point of view of thermodynamics and dynamics. Several key factors influencing the quality of Ni-coated Al powder and the productivity of single autoclave process have been analyzed. Furthermore, some major parametors for increasing production and optimizing quality have been given.
