QINLING POWER PLANT HAS OBTAINED OBVIOUS ECONOMIC RESULTS BY INTRODUCING POWDER SPRAY-WELDING

Qinling Powder Plant has employed powder spray-welding for blades of evacuating machine head and wear-resisting plate of drought fan, nozzle throat water-spraying pipe of dust extractor and other parts in 125 and 200 MW power generating set operated in itsown plant.Powder spray-welding not only prolonged service life of abore parts, but also ensured power supply in safety. Besides, more than 338000 Chinese Yuan was saved within one year and obvious economic result was obtained.
